ABOUT STEPHANIE BURG
Hi there! I’m Stephanie, and I’m so glad you’re here!

I stand at the threshold of women’s full bloom, ripened radiance. I know that you and I are here to be the way-showers of a brave, new paradigm - a legacy in which our fullest expression of womanhood impacts the change we wish to see in the world.
I’m here to guide your journey into flourishing aliveness and to alchemize whatever is keeping you from being the woman you most want to be.
Together, our work liberates you from trauma, past conditioning, old storylines, and everything the world tells you you “should” or “shouldn’t” be.

I’m a trauma-informed, Certified Integrative Health & Transformational Life Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Healing & Embodiment Guide, international retreat & Sacred Circle facilitator, and steward to plant medicines.
ABOUT NOSARA, COSTA RICA
We’ll be staying on the Pacific Coast side of Costa Rica in lush Nosara. Nosara is one of only five Blue Zones in the world, meaning it is an area where residents enjoy an extraordinarily long, healthy lifespan, often living to be over 100 years of age. Costa Rican culture is a vibrant blend of indigenous heritage and often called the happiest country in the world. It is a paradise for peace and biodiversity with a passion for freedom, environmental stewardship, and a history of democracy and equality for all.
THE RETREAT CENTER
Our retreat will be held at embodiment haven Rayos Del Sol, a private property nestled high atop a mountain overlooking pristine views of the jungle and Pacific Ocean. Up here, the air is cool and pleasant breezes carry in the sound of crashing waves, birds chirping, and howler monkeys calling. Playa Ostional’s beautiful black sand beach is a 10-minute walk down the mountain, through the jungle, and is an amazing place to watch the sunset. We have this incredible, secluded property to ourselves. It includes a stunning pool with sunset views, outdoor lounge area, outdoor meditation and movement shalas, communal dining area, sweat lodge, jungle obstacle course, and so much more.
THE ROOMS
Shared accommodation is included in your investment featuring modern amenities such as A/C, on-demand hot water, and private bathrooms. Toiletries, fresh linens, and towels are provided for every guest. All rooms are located within a 3-5 minute walk from the main common area and have patios for lounging outdoors. If you are coming by yourself, we will match you with a roommate who best suits your preferences (we will gather preferences after registration).
