I'm truly delighted to share this series of Breathwork sessions with you.
 

Breathwork is a powerful doorway into your inner world — the deeper layers of your somatic wisdom, your intuition, and the language of your spirit. Our sessions will be a space for you to slow down, listen within, and reconnect with yourself.

Together, we’ll move through whatever may be ready to be felt, released, reclaimed, or remembered.

BOOKING YOUR SESSIONS:

  • Severe asthma 

  • Severe untreated PTSD or trauma

  • A diagnosed aneurysm in the brain or abdomen

SESSION TIMING - HOW OFTEN TO BOOK

Your sessions may be scheduled at any time within the timeframe of your package.

You are welcome to book all of your sessions at once, or schedule them as you go using the booking calendars (virtual and in-person) below.

​

Some clients prefer to meet weekly or every other week, while others choose to schedule once a month. You are welcome to space your sessions in whatever way feels most supportive for you.

​

If possible, we recommend bookmarking this page so you can easily return here to schedule or adjust your sessions as needed.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule or can’t make a session, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy - meaning you'll need to reschedule within 48 hours or you’ll lose that session.

 

We understand that life happens - and we also know that resistance comes up whenever we do big work like this - so we’ve created this guideline to help us all stay accountable and in integrity.


If you need to reschedule within this window, please follow the links in your Calendly confirmation email to do so.


All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable to other services.  


All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase for 6 sessions and 12 months for 12 sessions.

PREPARATION & INTEGRATION

Preparation for Your Session

​

Please keep an eye on your inbox. Your calendar reminders will include a few simple guidelines to help you prepare for our time together.

​

If you’re joining virtually, you’ll be invited to create a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down undisturbed.  For in-person sessions, everything will be thoughtfully prepared for you when you arrive.

 

After Your Session (Integration)

​

After Breathwork, it’s helpful to allow yourself a little time to integrate. If possible, plan for a gentle transition afterward. Plan at least 15-30 minutes after our session to drink water, journal, take a walk, or spend some quiet time with yourself before returning to your day.

​

Your body and nervous system may continue processing for the next 24–48 hours, so be especially kind and spacious with yourself during that time.


Your body knows how to integrate whatever may surface, so give yourself as much space and time as you can to allow that process to unfold.
