Directions: ⁣

1. Place oats in a blender or food processor and process for 20-30 seconds, until oats turn into oat flour.⁣

2. In a bowl, add the oat flour and remaining ingredients. Stir until combined. ⁣

3. Store your bath soak in a glass jar and whenever you're ready for a little respite, add about 1 cup of the mixture into a muslin bag, pull the drawstring, submerge the bag into the warm water and let it steep like a bag of loose leaf tea.⁣

You can even sprinkle some fresh rose petals into your tub. You deserve it!
