The Team
We are proud to provide a highly skilled, devoted team of women who deeply care and have decades of trauma-informed training in many areas including somatic therapy, transformational breathwork, life coaching, psychedelic preparation and integration, and more.
Stephanie
Stephanie is a lifelong student of the plants and healing arts with certifications and trainings in somatic trauma resolution, herbalism, transformational life coaching, breathwork, reiki and plant medicines of the Andean tradition.
Her compassionate and loving guidance is often what clients say helps them to face childhood trauma, mother wounds, emotional pain, heartbreak, and grief with greater courage, self-love and acceptance. She will lovingly hold you to your highest and fullest expression with honesty, humility, humor and care.
Nicole
Born and raised in the midwest, now based in Costa Rica, Nicole Rager has spent the last decade sharing breathwork with people all over the world.
She has a gift for creating safety and will support you in releasing old hurts and shame, integrating suppressions, repressions, and trauma, as well as in expanding spiritually. She’ll introduce you to (or remind you of!) the transformative power that lies within your own body, a tool you’ll be able to come back to time and time again!
Nai Kaya
Nai Kaya cosmotropes through the earthly realms with inspiration, dedication, training, and love from the Amazonian Shipibo tradition of medicinal plants through the Lopez/Mahua lineage. Her strongest connection and soulful songs hail from the sacred bioluminescent tree Noya Rao in the Amazon jungle.
Nai Kaya is a witness, a weaver, and an artist of sound and visuals. She is a certified sound healer and stitches sound and energy work into her meditations. Nai is trauma informed and holds a deep space for realignment to occur.
Casey
Casey Higgins-Johnson is a 200hr+ RYT certified yoga instructor, sound healer, and meditation guide from Charleston, SC. She is also certified in Thai yoga techniques by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.
Casey has been facilitating embodied movement for the women of Pure Aliveness Retreats since 2021.
Patricia
Joining the team from Portland, Oregon, Patricia Troy is Stephanie's right-hand gal and behind-the-scenes guru, taking care of all things admin and organization for this program.
As a certified labor and postpartum doula, and a Wilderness First Responder, Patricia brings a little-bit of everything to this program, helping to make sure everyone has all their needs met before, during, and after the retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Before November 1, 2023 If you need to cancel for any reason, we will refund the amount paid minus your $1,200 deposit and any processing fees.
From November 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023: There are no refunds, but if the program is sold-out, we will invite someone from our waitlist. If we are able to find a replacement, we will refund the amount paid minus your $1,200 deposit and any processing fees.
