Service Description

Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools in supporting health and well-being. It is an active meditation that uses a rhythmic breath pattern to reduce stress and stimulate deep emotional and spiritual growth. Breathwork allows you to drop out of the busy-ness of your mind and go deeper into your emotions and subconscious patterns that weigh heavily on your body and nervous system. It is a powerful way to open up, clear stuck energy, and access your inner wisdom. Breathwork, also known as Pranayama in yogic traditions, supports you in clearing out emotional clutter in order to gain greater clarity, vitality and creativity. The specific Breathwork technique we’ll work with facilitates the release of strong emotions like anger, sadness, grief, anxiety, pain and heartache. It can also help you to feel more open-hearted, courageous, comfortable and at home in your body, while helping you to trust yourself and your intuition more fully. As you breathe you literally bring life force energy into your body with increased oxygen flow which supports you to feel lighter, clearer, and completely recharged. During your session, you’ll have 75 minutes one-on-one with me from the comfort of your home via Zoom (video call). We’ll check-in and discuss any areas of your life where you’re feeling blocked or stuck. We’ll look at what you want to release as well as what you would love to experience in your life moving forward and how to attract that to you. Then, I’ll guide you through a powerful Breathwork meditation customized specifically to you, nudging you toward deeper clarity, somatic release, and transformation. We will end our session with a brief wrap-up where we’ll discuss anything that came up for you as well as any action steps you’ve been guided to take. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SESSION: Breathwork is powerful, life-changing work. If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or are post-surgery of any kind, please consult with your physician to determine whether this practice would be appropriate for you. *Please note that there is no holding of the breath during this practice. Breathwork is not recommended entirely if you have: ~Severe asthma ~Severe untreated PTSD or trauma ~Diagnosis of an aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
