Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events or for other services.

REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at support@stephanieburgcoaching.com right away and include a photo of the damages, along with the order confirmation number. We will do our best to accommodate a replacement but cannot guarantee an exact replacement due to the small batch size of each product.
