Full moons are a beautiful time to connect to nature's ever-present and powerful energies.  They offer an opportunity to examine our lives and shift what's not working with the support of the energy of both the Cosmos and the Earth. 

The full moon symbolizes the end of a cycle and can shed light on the things that we no longer need to hold on to.  During the full moon, we have the opportunity to look at our lives and habits, evaluate them and release what is no longer serving us.

Join me for an opportunity to intentionally connect with this energy during a very special Virtual Breathwork Healing Journey.

Together, with the precision and refinement of a Virgo Full Moon, we'll gather to release heavy, stuck emotions and restore ourselves to a place of embodied vitality on all levels - mind, body, & spirit.

This Breathwork Healing session is designed to assist you in clearing out stagnant and stuck energy weighing you down while supporting you to connect to the deepest levels of clarity and vision available to you. Combined with Earth's potent regenerative energy during the Full Moon,  Breathwork is a powerful way to clear out the old and welcome the new.

Through this session, you will tangibly connect to the energy and feeling state you wish to call in for the weeks ahead.

This event takes place via Zoom, so you can join us virtually from anywhere in the world.


Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools in supporting health and well-being.  It is an active meditation that uses a rhythmic breath pattern to reduce stress and stimulate deep emotional and spiritual growth.

Breathwork allows you to drop out of the busyness of your mind and go deeper into your emotions and patterns that weigh heavily on your body and nervous system. It is a powerful way to open up, clear stuck energy, and access your inner wisdom.

Using conscious breathing as a ritual for release and transformation is a multi-faceted way to let go of the illusion that we are somehow broken, separate, or incapable of being leaders & change agents in our lives.

The breath is a potent discipline that taps us into the secrets of our subconscious mind so that we may transform anger, sadness, grief, and pain into pure radiance, open-hearted courage, and radical self-love.

This specific Breathwork technique facilitates the release of strong emotions like anger, sadness, grief, anxiety, pain, and heartache. It can also help you to feel more open-hearted, courageous, comfortable, and at home in your body, while helping you to trust yourself and your intuition more fully.

Breathwork is powerful, life-changing work.

If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or are post-surgery of any kind, please consult with your physician to determine whether this practice would be appropriate for you.

*Please note that there is no holding of the breath during this practice.

Breathwork is not recommended ENTIRELY if you have:

~Severe asthma

~Severe untreated PTSD or trauma

~Diagnosis of an aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
