BREATHWORK HEALING
A BODY LED PRACTICE FOR HEALING WHAT
YOUR MIND CAN’T REACH
YOU CAN’T THINK YOUR WAY OUT OF WHAT
YOUR BODY IS HOLDING
Breathwork is a grounded, trauma-aware modality that helps you move what your body’s been holding, so healing is no longer conceptual, but something you live & breathe.
Many of us are carrying unprocessed emotions, trauma, and stress.
Even with access to therapy, coaching, & other healing modalities, you may still find yourself circling the same patterns, wrestling with your blind spots & confused as to why you’re not making more progress.
You can become incredibly aware…and still feel stuck in the same patterns.
Because awareness alone doesn’t always create change at the root level.
What you might not realize is that your body holds the imprint of everything you’ve lived through… especially what you haven’t fully felt.
This can look like:
-
grief for the parts of you & people you’ve lost along the way
-
protective patterns formed through abandonment, abuse, chronic stress, or long-held emotional pain
-
old stories that keep you feeling inadequate, ashamed, or not enough
-
ways you’ve learned to abandon yourself to stay safe or receive love
-
relational patterns that keep you stuck in cycles that don’t serve you
These imprints are memories that don’t live solely in your mind.
They live in your body, as tension, fatigue, anxiety, worry, shutdown, illness…
…or subtle patterns of avoidance, perfectionism & procrastination.
Over time, you start to believe these patterns are who you are.
But they’re not.
Who you are today is an encyclopedia of all you’ve experienced throughout your life…
Which is why you may find yourself stuck in old patterns even though you “know” better.
Your mind alone can’t make changes because it is within your body that your perfect blueprint for health, vitality, safety, love, wholeness, & joy lives…
… and your breath is the key.

Breathwork gently opens space in your body, allowing stored tension, suppressed emotion, and long-held protective patterns to soften and move.
Your breath is the vehicle that creates this space, allowing your thinking mind to soften its grip.
So much of what keeps you stuck lives just beneath your conscious awareness, beyond what you think you know about yourself.
But there is so much more to Who You Really Are.
Your body is always trying to return to a place of wholeness, even when your mind keeps you locked in patterns and behaviors that feel familiar but no longer serve you.
Breathwork acts as a pattern interrupt, helping you access emotions, experiences & sensations you haven’t had space or permission to feel.
And as the mind steps out of the way, you gain new awareness…
…a deeper connection to yourself, your body, and something beyond the constant mental noise.
The result is a greater sense of clarity, calm, & inner peace, not because you’ve figured everything out, but because you’ve finally made space to feel & process what’s been there all along.
When you’re ready to stop overthinking & return to the wisdom of your heart & soul…
…and for your healing to become something you embody & live…
…Breathwork is waiting for you.

Quiet the Noise & Reconnect to the Truth of Who You Are
Even if it hasn’t felt safe to feel, your body knows how to heal.
When practiced with care and trauma-informed guidance, Breathwork becomes a powerful pathway for healing, transformation, and spiritual connection.
Over time, most of us develop unconscious breathing patterns that reflect how we learned to cope with stress, emotion, and life experiences.
Shallow or restricted breathing can often be a sign of long-held tension or protective patterns within the body…
…from chronic stress, emotional suppression, or years of bracing, holding, and staying in control.
When you start to breathe consciously and rhythmically, your body can finally complete stress responses that were interrupted or suppressed, possibly for years.
Most of these patterns live outside of your conscious awareness.
The way you hold your breath, brace your body, clench your jaw, stop yourself from crying, or stay in subtle states of anxious tension becomes automatic over time.
Breathwork brings these unconscious patterns into awareness…
…and helps your body & mind begin to release & integrate the root origin of where these patterns began.
Through deep, intentional breathing, you begin to interrupt the patterns your body has been running in the background, patterns of holding, tightening, or avoiding.
Instead of staying stored as tension, depression, anxiety, or numbness…
…what’s been held under the surface can begin to move.
As space opens in your lungs and body, space opens in your psyche as well.
There is more room to feel the unfelt, cut through the confusion of overthinking, and begin to find clarity within.
Many people find they become more present, receptive, and connected to their own vitality as their mind, body, & spirit are finally able to let go.
Catharsis vs. Integration:
Why You Need A Trauma-Informed,
Multi-Faceted Approach
Breathwork can open powerful emotional & spiritual experiences, often bringing forward deeply held material from your body & subconscious.
Because of this, who you work with matters.
Not all Breathwork facilitators are created equal.
In many healing spaces, there is an emphasis on catharsis- intense emotional & physical release, without the skill or knowledge to support integration.
Release can be incredible, but it’s not the same as embodied healing.
A skilled Breathwork facilitator understands how to work with your body & your nervous system, and how to navigate expanded states of consciousness, creating safety, guiding your process, & supporting what arises so it can be fully integrated.
A well-trained, trauma-aware facilitator is versed in recognizing how trauma lives in your body and how to support integration, not just activation.
A masterful facilitator knows when to step in and when to step back, understanding that the depth of the healing experience comes from within you, not from forcing or pushing something to happen, but from trusting the wisdom and intelligence of your body & soul.
This is the difference between a powerful experience and real, lasting change.

Meet Your
Guide
I’ve been facilitating Breathwork for many years now, supporting countless individuals (including adolescents & teens), couples, and groups through thousands of hours of sessions.
I’ve received direct mentorship and the blessing from Breathwork pioneer David Elliott to teach and train others in this work.
I’ve also completed foundational training with Dr. Judith Kravitz of Transformational Breath® and a myriad of other trainings in somatic healing, plant medicine integration & working with expanded states of consciousness, trauma integration & awareness, herbalism, holistic health & nutrition, and much more.
My background includes:
-
Extensive Breathwork training across multiple lineages
-
Trauma-informed somatic and nervous system coaching
-
Formal training in somatic trauma resolution
-
Apprenticeship in Andean & Amazonian healing traditions
-
Ongoing advanced training, supervision, and continued study
Before facilitating healing work, I spent years as a professional ballerina, performing, teaching & choreographing for both adults & young dancers, developing a deep understanding of the body, energy, and how emotion actually lives & moves through us.
Years later, when reading “The Body Keeps the Score”, I finally understood that my years in the dance studio had become the foundation for all future somatic work, healing & facilitation I would do.
From a very young age, I had been apprenticing to the ways emotion gets expressed, and where it gets held or blocked in the body.
Now, as I facilitate, I have a deep & embodied sensitivity to timing, rhythm, & what’s actually happening beneath the surface in someone’s somatic experience, without forcing anything or trying to make something happen.
Musicality is also a big part of the experience I bring to Breathwork. I’m not a DJ, but a lot of my clients joke that I’m like a DJ for Spirit, because of how my playlists seem to meet them exactly where they are and help move them through what they’re going through.
My approach to Breathwork Healing is far from random but dynamic & emergent in real time, based on what’s happening in the moment. Every session is attuned with care, so your body can open, process, and integrate in a way that is safe and sustainable.

Individual
Couples
One-on-one sessions provide a safe, held space to be fully witnessed in your process. While it may feel vulnerable to receive such undivided attention, the power of being deeply seen allows new layers of healing to unfold.
Together, we might explore your patterns, emotions, or the tension you carry somatically so that you may gain clarity and release outmoded ways of being.
Couples sessions offer a practical and profound way to deepen connection and navigate recurring patterns, together. You’ll set shared intentions to support clarity, connection, and growth, practice presence and attunement, and move through any physical or emotional tension.
Breathing with your spouse, partner, colleague, or friend can strengthen trust, emotional attunement, and your ability to navigate challenges with awareness, creating more ease, intimacy, and a sense of energetic harmony in your relationship.

Should You Choose A Session or A Package?
Working in a series allows your body to build trust with the process, supporting deeper regulation, more sustainable release, and integration over time.
While a single session can create meaningful shifts, deeper healing happens through consistent practice, giving your body the space to unwind patterns, process what’s been held, and integrate change in a way that lasts.
For this reason, many clients choose to work together over a series of sessions, allowing for sustained support and deeper, more embodied transformation.
How it works:
After selecting your session or package, you’ll be guided to schedule your sessions at times that work for you. Payment plans are available at checkout.
