Full moons are a beautiful time to connect to nature's ever-present and powerful energies.  They offer an opportunity to examine our lives and shift what's not working with the support of the energy of both the Cosmos and the Earth. 

The full moon symbolizes the end of a cycle and can shed light on what we no longer need to hold on to.  During the full moon, we have the opportunity to look at our lives and habits, evaluate them, and release what is no longer serving us.
