For meditation, ritual, or ceremony, on the Winter Solstice or crossing the threshold into the New Year, or any time you wish to cleanse and clear the energy in your space, call upon Benzoin for protection and upliftment.
Light a charcoal disc over an open flame until it remains lit on its own, and place charcoal on a heat-safe dish. Place a small amount of resin on top of the burning charcoal. Repeat as desired. A little goes a long way, however you can continue to add small amounts to the lit charcoal as long as it burns.
