About this Workshop:

Chances are you’re hearing a lot about microdosing lately, and it’s no surprise. Many people are turning to some of nature’s oldest allies for a new way of holistic healing. A way of healing that centers and expands your innate intelligence, your body’s ability to heal, and a way to derive a deeper meaning from your life and relationships.

In this workshop, we will cover:

  • The Ancestral & Indigenous Wisdom Behind Plant Medicine

  • The Benefits of Microdosing

  • The Science of Microdosing

  • Who Microdosing is For (…and Who It's Not)

  • How to Get the Most Out of Your Microdosing Experience

Watch this workshop with an open mind and a desire to learn. You’ll walk away with new insights, no matter whether you’re ready to embark on a psychedelic journey or not!

Her obsession with fungi led her to Guatemala where she learned the art & science of mushroom cultivation. Today you’ll find her obsessing over her Lion’s Mane & Pink Oyster mushrooms while geeking out on all things mycelial.
