While you may not realize it, these patterns of tension within your body not only affect how you feel and relate to yourself, but also influence your overall well-being.
That’s because, on a physiological level, your body holds the story of everything you’ve lived through…
…and your breath is the gateway to shifting it.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a grounded, spiritual practice that helps you get out of your head and into your heart.
It helps you quiet your mind, get unstuck emotionally, release stress, and enter a more open, relaxed, and receptive state.
As you breathe, you bring more life force into your body, making room to feel what’s under the surface and open your heart to deeper love and self-acceptance. With this new clarity, you can feel lighter, clearer, and recharged.
When done with intention and trauma-informed guidance, Breathwork does far more than strengthen your diaphragm or increase your vitality and energy. It begins to shift your experience of what’s possible.
As you create more space within your body and lungs, with increased breath flow, you also expand your mindset, your consciousness, and your ability to create, take action, and move forward in your life.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that can help you meet life with more resilience and trust.

Private sessions offer the most supported way to work together. We’ll explore what you’re ready to release and where you long to grow, then drop into a guided Breathwork Journey specifically tailored to you- for emotional clearing, somatic release, and soul-level clarity.

My private sessions offer a unique integration of breathing analysis, body mapping & hands-on facilitation, sound, movement, affirmations, and potent Somatic Trauma Resolution & Integration coaching, all with the intention to deepen and support your process.

Couples
One-on-one sessions provide a safe, held space to be fully witnessed in your process. While it may feel vulnerable to receive such undivided attention, the power of being deeply seen allows new layers of healing to unfold.
Together, we might explore your patterns, emotions, or the tension you carry somatically so that you may gain clarity and release outmoded ways of being. In-person sessions also include chakra-based aromatherapy, enhancing relaxation and helping you connect more fully with your breath and body.
Couples sessions offer a practical and profound way to deepen connection and navigate recurring patterns, together. You’ll set shared intentions to support clarity, connection, and growth, practice presence and attunement, and move through any physical or emotional tension.
Breathing with your spouse, partner, colleague, or friend can strengthen trust, emotional attunement, and your ability to navigate challenges with awareness, creating more ease, intimacy, and a sense of energetic harmony in your relationship.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SESSION
Breathwork is powerful, life-changing work. If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or are post-surgery of any kind, please consult with your physician to determine whether this practice would be appropriate for you. Please note that there is no holding of the breath during this practice. Breathwork is not recommended entirely if you have: Severe asthma, Severe untreated PTSD or trauma, Diagnosis of an aneurysm in the brain or abdomen.
FACILITATOR TRAINING
Whether you're deepening your practice or want to become a certified Breathwork Facilitator, these in-person, immersive, healing weekends offer the foundational tools to do so. In this first of five levels of training, you’ll learn about the two-stage Breathwork meditation that is one of the foundational tools of this work.
In this training, you will:

Learn why we use the breath in this way to release stuck energy from the body & mind.

Develop a stronger connection to your intuition.

Practice giving and receiving one-on-one sessions.

Explore your unique gifts and talents and how to amplify them through your healing.

Become familiar with the healing tools that accompany this work.

Engage in extensive discussion about the breath, the practice, and what it truly means to heal yourself and others.
This is the first step in a five-level certification program that prepares you to work with clients and lead Breathwork circles.
After completing this training, you will be able to lead your own one-on-one Breathwork sessions.

Breathwork Audios
Support your home practice with guided audio journeys to support emotional release, unwind from stress, and enhance spiritual connection. Guided audios offer an accessible way to clear stuck energy and return to presence anytime, anywhere.
