The world continues to shift and with it, our old paradigm is being shaken up like dust from a dirty rug.  There is so much we must clean up now so that when the dust settles, the world emerging is one we are proud to live in. As long as I can recall, I’ve used the power of visualization to conceive my reality before it existed-  As a child, I’d dream of the day I could escape my toxic household and create a life of health and freedom.  As a professional dancer, I would perform all of the steps I’d learned that day, executing them to perfection in my mind ,before going to bed each night.  As a fledgling business owner, I would imagine the retreats I would someday lead and the women I would support through my healing work.  I’ve always used my imagination to help me envision the life I’m creating. I later learned that this gift of sight is part of my intuitive knowing, or clairvoyance, and it has never steered my wrong.  Right now, in addition to doing anti-racist work on the ground in my local community and diving deep within myself to uproot the systemic white supremacy that runs deep within us all, I’m also envisioning our future. Each morning, in meditation, I tune into what is possible.  In a world where everyone is treated equally, a kaleidoscope of possibilities exist.  There is no need for black and white thinking to divide us from that which is different. ⁣ When a vast array of colors, cultures, personalities and perspectives are celebrated, we are free to live with peace and purpose. ⁣ There are less explosions of righteous emotion and more displays of tolerance, compassion, understanding and the wisdom that comes from seeing, feeling and knowing multiple viewpoints. ⁣ In a world where everyone feels safe to be themselves it is easy to honor the dreams, desires, gifts, talents and boundaries of each person.⁣ 𝗪𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝗪𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐞, 𝐰𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐈𝐓.

It is up to us to create the world we live in. It is up to us to be good ancestors and leave behind something better for our future grandchildren.  Let’s not stop doing the work holistically.  We need our minds, bodies and Spirits behind our efforts right now.
