Many of us are the first women of our lineages with the ability to truly shape our own lives.

More and more, we are hearing the ancient call to actualize our gifts and fully step into + create from our rooted, awakened selves.

This opportunity is both a profound blessing and a sacred responsibility.

Because our liberation is not just for us.
It is for our grandmothers, for our children, for this Earth and all beings.

The requirement for liberation – our own and this world’s – is healing.

When we face our histories of abuse, violence, pain, and repression, and we heal at the root, we can move through the world with greater clarity and devotion.

And I do believe this is why we’re here.

My name is Stephanie

I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome.

Many of the women I work with come to me seeking healing from exhaustion, disconnection, or a sense that something essential is missing. This ache is not a flaw but a byproduct of the grief of our culture’s separation from Nature.

Through years of apprenticeship with the plants, my teachers in the Andes, and the rooted lineages of European folk medicine, as well as formal studies in somatic healing, I’ve witnessed how Nature restores what was lost.

I carry a profound passion and deep calling to support people to heal at the root level with integrity, and in ways that are aligned with the greater web of life, not just the self.

For nearly 15 years, I’ve worked with women who are ready for deep transformation- not just “spiritual” fluff, or temporary feel-good experiences.

Over time, my work has also expanded to support facilitators who have entered their roles from care, compassion, and their own healing journeys.

I come to this work as a woman of British, Irish, and Italian ancestry who grew up with complex childhood trauma, now living with relative privilege in the American South. My journey has demanded that I walk through the fire of healing- both my own personal wounds, but also to engage in the continual uprooting of ancestral and systemic harm.

Looking out at the New Age Healing Industry, I see so much confusion and even harm being done. In our collective quest to heal, it at times seems we are becoming more narcissistic and lost, and I believe there is another way.

Through the years, I have been guided by fierce and loving teachers who honor Indigenous ways and have modeled immense humility and integrity. I consider myself a forever-student who has been granted the blessings of my teachers to practice and carry forth their lineages. Always with compassion, curiosity, reverence, and care.
